SystemOnSilicon Corporation built the RiteFood app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by SystemOnSilicon Corporation at no cost and is intended for use as is.

Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app, we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device's Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.

However, please be aware that while we employ rigorous and commercially acceptable technical protections to safeguard your personal data, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
Data Retention and Deletion
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the core functional requirements of the Service, comply with legal framework obligations, resolve operational issues, and enforce our terms.
In-App Deletion: You have complete ownership and control over your personal data. You can completely delete your account and all associated personal information instantly at any time by navigating to your account settings inside the RiteFood application and tapping the dedicated "Delete Data / Account" button.
Email Request Deletion: Alternatively, users may request the deletion of their data by reaching out to us via email at info@onehealthdigital.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
Upon initialization of a deletion request (either via the in-app button or upon verification of an email request), your personal information is permanently scrubbed, purged, and fully deleted from our active production infrastructure systems. This data cannot be recovered and will not be used for analytics, insights, or any other ongoing processes. Any underlying backup cycles containing traces of this data are securely overwritten or completely purged over our automated data retention lifecycles.
Children’s Privacy
Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.
